Buffy Film? Or just wild speculation?

Digitalspy is reporting that and Australian newspaper is saying that a new Buffy the Vampire Slayer film is heading to the big screen after the huge success of Twilight in the U S of A.

However I believe this to be lies and deciet after all Whedon is the middle of producing Dollhouse, where on earth would he find the time to make a film? On top of this after his take on Wonder Woman was thrown into a bin after almost two years of production, Serenity wasn’t the box office smash execs were hoping for and his script for Alien: Resurrection was pretty much pissed over, so was his X-Men script. Ontop of this Sarah Michelle Gellar has sworn she will never return to Buffy.

Oh well we can dream I suppose.
